We weren’t even patients, but this office treated our family with incredible kindness. We happened to stop by while traveling, not realizing the office had actually been closed for their lunch hour for about an hour. Even though they were on their break, the staff welcomed us inside without hesitation so we could wash our hands and use the restroom.From the moment we walked in, staff were genuinely warm, friendly, and caring. They even checked on our family to make sure we were okay and offered supplies in case we needed to change our baby’s diaper. They made us feel completely welcome.Acts of kindness like this are rare and make a lasting impression. Thank you for showing such compassion and generosity to complete strangers. Your thoughtfulness turned what could have been a stressful moment during our travels into one we’ll always remember. I just finished my treatment with Dr. Hendrix and his team and let me just say if I could give them 10 stars I would!!As someone who works in the dental field I did a lot of research on providers in the area & Dr. Hendrix is rated one of the best for a reason. He is knowledgeable, professional and very personable. I was very happy with the entire process. Dr Hendrix walked me through every step, going the extra mile to make sure things were perfect. He takes the time to talk to his patients. We talked about his kids, his hobbies and favorite music. With how everything is so rushed now a days it’s nice to have that from a provider.Dr. Hendrix and his team are like a well oiled machine! From the front desk, the treatment coordinator and the assistants every member of the team is such a pleasure to work with. I was seen by most of the assistants on the team and each one of them were amazing. Everyone is so knowledgeable and efficient. As an assistant myself I even picked up a couple of tips from them! They are all so friendly, you can tell they enjoy treating their patients.The office itself is very clean. Bonus points for the parking* its a small detail but an important one for me.Overall I had an amazing experience at Hendrix Orthodontics. My occlusion was causing jaw pain and discomfort and my ortho treatment has made a world of a difference. I am so grateful to Dr. Hendrix and his entire team. I decided to go to Dr. Hendrix because I trusted him after seeing my sister’s results. She went to him years ago and gets compliments on her teeth from EVERYONE!I just recently finished my treatment at 22 (started at 21 years old) and I am honestly still in shock over my results. My teeth look SO good, and I couldn’t be happier!Alondra took my braces off, and props to her for doing such a great job getting all the glue off. She’s great at everything she does here and incredibly kind. Tania was also wonderful at my 6-week checkups. She always made sure that I loved my power chain colors before leaving. Everyone here was always helpful.Dr. Hendrix himself was hilarious and straight to the point! You can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing.I’m so happy I trusted Dr. Hendrix and his team with my smile. The results are unreal, and I would 100% recommend him to anyone considering braces!
