What ages do you treat?
We treat patients of all ages! About one in five of our patients is an adult. We offer aesthetic options like Invisalign® and clear braces specifically designed for adults who want a discreet way to improve their smile.
When should my child see an orthodontist for the first time?
We recommend bringing your child in for an initial evaluation by age 7, consistent with the American Association of Orthodontists' guidelines. This allows us to monitor jaw growth and catch potential issues early through our Rising Star program.
Can I play sports or musical instruments with braces?
Yes. Braces will not prevent you from playing sports or instruments. We recommend wearing a special mouthguard for contact sports to protect your teeth and braces.

We've been going to the Jennersville office for almost 2 years now for my oldest daughter and have been so impressed with the care of Dr. Hendrix and his team. Today my youngest worked with Nicole getting her braces put on and she did such an amazing job helping her overcome the anxiety. She was so incredibly patient and I'm incredibly grateful to her and the whole office for making this experience a good one!
I think that it was an amazing experience, while I was getting my braces in, the orthodontist, Ms. Nicole, was very patient and understanding with all of my worries.
Always a great experience at Hendrix Ortho in Jennersville. In November 2024 Dr. Hendrix noticed a mass in my right sinus cavity from an x-ray he took to get a comprehensive view of my bone and teeth structures prior to beginning any work. I had no pain or other issues in my sinuses and no idication of any concern. After several visits to various doctors, it was determined I had a large cyst in my sinus cavity that required a surgical procedure to remove. This finding by Dr. Hendrix saved me, in all likelihood, from losing several upper teeth on my right side and eventual gum/tissue degradation. Thank you Dr. Hendrix and team for being thorough with my evaluation and assessment. Always a great experience from an excellent starting consultation through all of my visits! Thank you to the entire staff!
