We weren’t even patients, but this office treated our family with incredible kindness. We happened to stop by while traveling, not realizing the office had actually been closed for their lunch hour for about an hour. Even though they were on their break, the staff welcomed us inside without hesitation so we could wash our hands and use the restroom.From the moment we walked in, staff were genuinely warm, friendly, and caring. They even checked on our family to make sure we were okay and offered supplies in case we needed to change our baby’s diaper. They made us feel completely welcome.Acts of kindness like this are rare and make a lasting impression. Thank you for showing such compassion and generosity to complete strangers. Your thoughtfulness turned what could have been a stressful moment during our travels into one we’ll always remember.
